Biography Cdr(NL) Anne-Marie Fournier It was by pure chance that Commander Navy League Anne-Marie Fournier discovered the Navy League cadets and its program in the fall of 2006 when she enrolled her son who had just turned 9 years old. It will have taken 1 year before Mrs. Fournier decides to get involved. ▸
