During a recent trip to Prince Edward Island, Prince Edward, Duke of Edinburgh met with Cadets from the Island. In fact, The Duke of Edinburgh promoted CPO2 S. Cotton from RCSCC Kent and spoke with CPO1 D'Souza also from RCSCC Kent.
