Nominations au conseil d'administration et lettre d'introduction du président

| Colleagues, As we conclude the 2021-2022 Training Year and reflect on the successes, there is much to celebrate. The Cadets, Volunteers, and Instructors have continued to persevere in a changing and challenging environment. Our programs continue to be strong, due to the leadership at the community level, which is complemented by the work of the Division Presidents and Directors. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Scott Briand, Bob Lacquement, Gary Payne and Denise Robson for their service to the Navy League of Canada and contribution while on the National Board of Directors. As we move forward, we welcome Richard Edwards, George Forward, Alexandra Lothian (VI Division Representative) and Dominic Richard who will be joining the National Board of Directors. As well, we welcome Julie Hillsden to the National Executive Committee. I would like to announce the remaining positions that will help navigate us through the next year: | Collègues, Alors que nous concluons l'année de formation 2021-2022 et que nous réfléchissons aux succès, il y a beaucoup à célébrer. Les cadets, les bénévoles et les instructeurs ont continué à persévérer dans un environnement changeant et exigeant. Nos programmes continuent d'être solides, grâce au leadership au niveau communautaire, qui est complété par le travail des présidents et directeurs de division. J'aimerais profiter de cette occasion pour remercier Scott Briand, Bob Lacquement, Gary Payne et Denise Robson pour leur service à la Ligue navale du Canada et leur contribution au conseil d'administration national. Alors que nous progressons, nous souhaitons la bienvenue à Richard Edwards, George Forward, Alexandra Lothian (représentante de la Division d’Isle Vancouver) et Dominic Richard qui se joindront au Conseil d'administration national. Over the next year, we will focus on 3 key areas:
I look forward to discussing these principles and completing these items over the next year. We will continue with our regularly scheduled quarterly meetings beginning in June. The exact date will be confirmed and forwarded. As we continue to live with COVID-19, the Navy League of Canada has maintained its relevance in youth development and has been able to continue to provide a exceptional program for our young people. Please know, that the Executive Committee and Staff are here to support and continue the Navy League of Canada’s mandate. J'ai hâte de discuter de ces principes et de terminer ces éléments au cours de la prochaine année. Nous poursuivrons nos réunions trimestrielles régulières à partir de juin. La date exacte sera confirmée et transmise. Alors que nous continuons à vivre avec la COVID-19, la Ligue navale du Canada a maintenu sa pertinence dans le développement des jeunes et a pu continuer à offrir un programme exceptionnel à nos jeunes. Sachez que le comité exécutif et le personnel sont ici pour soutenir et poursuivre le mandat de la Ligue navale du Canada.
